I'm on a trip! Israeli culture is similar to Europe with a mix of the worst of American habits, a dash of the Middle East and a chunk of Arabic culture added for seasoning. Set in a crunchy Mediterranean location , lightly sprinkled with earthquakes and wars. Best served hot. Not suitable for children under three or people with a nervous disposition.
