I see that Shimon Peres has resigned from the Knesset today. However , he did not see fit to resign from the Labour party that he's been with so many years as it would stop him standing for another party. Dalia Itzik followed suit.
Currently, Olmert holds fifteen (15) ministerial posts , something of an Israeli and possibly a world record. I wouldn't have his job for anything.
